Terms and Conditions

€140 per night
Maximum number of guests: 5
The apartment is available from 3:00 PM or before, but you can park your car, store your luggage/bicycles, check-in, and collect the keys anytime earlier or after.
Check-out is by 10:30 AM, but you can leave your luggage/bicycles until 3:00 PM and park your car all day to go downtown.
Cancellation is free within 5 days of check-in.
The account is due 4-5 days before check-in via bank transfer or credit card (prepaid cards is also fine).
The tourist tax is due upon check-in.
LINEN and TOWELS are included in the price.
A one-off cleaning fee of 15 euros is required.
A large free parking space is guaranteed for each stay; additional parking spaces cost €10 per night.
